·      Support Leasing team in execution of Leasing Plan and strategy to fulfil leasing objectives and goals for one category of tenants

·      Support Manager to execute rental strategy and plan to fulfil revenue goals and objectives

·      Support Manager in execution of re-positioning strategies (when appropriate and/or required)

·      Monitor and evaluate leasing activities or campaign to ensure effectiveness and efficiency and report to the VP Leasing

·      Develop and maintain retailer database to ensure relationships are developed with all quality tenants in the market

·      Leasing support in attracting, retaining and developing tenants.
