Liaise and coordinate with Marketing Agencies to develop centre’s communication plan including content development, visual creation, traditional and non-traditional media planning and budget allocation.
Implement Brand DNAs (Brand identity, Brand visual, Brand tone and etc.) on all centre’s communication materials both online and offline.
Coordinate closely with Event and Campaign team to develop strong communication campaign across all communication platforms to achieve team’s KPIs.
Manage, monitor and control all contents on centre’s social media platforms
Act proactively as the focal point for Anchors and Tenants for their promotional materials on all communication channels.
Liaise with appointed agencies to optimize centre’s social listening tools to analyze market environment and consumer behavior which will be applied on Communication and Campaign Strategy.
Control and secure all non-digital and digital execution (e.g. Digital Out of Home, YouTube ads, Google ads, Facebook ads, SEM and Other) to be executed on time, plan, KPI and budget.
Handle content and media productions including but not limited to printings, banners, films and etc.
Track and measure effectiveness of each media channel and identify performance by ads objective.
Be the focal point for Anchors and Tenants to support their promotional contents on centre’s advertising platforms.
Prepare routine reports on all platforms’ performance.
Others tasks as per assigned.
Bachelor degree or relevant degree in Digital Marketing, Communications or relevant fields.
Minimum 4-5 years of professional work experience in marketing communication both online and offline.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail marketing, digital marketing, and social media campaign.
Experience of marketing (digital and traditional) in a corporate, or agency environment.
Excellent project management, problem solving, negotiation, interpersonal and communications skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, along with detail-oriented to meet deadline.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
Good command of Thai and English (written and verbal).
