Responsibilities
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
  • Liaise and coordinate with Marketing Agencies to develop centre’s communication plan including content development, visual creation, traditional and non-traditional media planning and budget allocation.
  • Implement Brand DNAs (Brand identity, Brand visual, Brand tone and etc.) on all centre’s communication materials both online and offline.
  • Coordinate closely with Event and Campaign team to develop strong communication campaign across all communication platforms to achieve team’s KPIs.
  • Manage, monitor and control all contents on centre’s social media platforms
  • Act proactively as the focal point for Anchors and Tenants for their promotional materials on all communication channels.
  • Liaise with appointed agencies to optimize centre’s social listening tools to analyze market environment and consumer behavior which will be applied on Communication and Campaign Strategy.
  • Control and secure all non-digital and digital execution (e.g. Digital Out of Home, YouTube ads, Google ads, Facebook ads, SEM and Other) to be executed on time, plan, KPI and budget.
  • Handle content and media productions including but not limited to printings, banners, films and etc.
  • Track and measure effectiveness of each media channel and identify performance by ads objective.
  • Be the focal point for Anchors and Tenants to support their promotional contents on centre’s advertising platforms.
  • Prepare routine reports on all platforms’ performance.
  • Others tasks as per assigned.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or relevant degree in Digital Marketing, Communications or relevant fields.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of professional work experience in marketing communication both online and offline.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail marketing, digital marketing, and social media campaign.
  • Experience of marketing (digital and traditional) in a corporate, or agency environment.
  • Excellent project management, problem solving, negotiation, interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, along with detail-oriented to meet deadline.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
  • Good command of Thai and English (written and verbal).
