· Perform and deliver financial analysis as required by management team, committees and parent companies (IKANO Group, IKANO PTE and Siam Future Development).
· Prepare the monthly financial report with analysis to support the management team’s decision.
· Review to ensure that accounts are recorded properly, and key controls are in place as request in budget when reviewing on AP recording.
· Supervise and manage month-end and year-end closing and management reporting financial planning & analysis, including preparing monthly cashflow forecasting, quarterly and annual budgeting.
· Budgetary control and monitor spending or adherence to budget and perform variance analysis of budget and actual.
· Manage budgetary set up in the system (4 times per annum) and perform budgetary review to comply with company policy and instruction.
· Support management team to manage budgeting and forecast processes (Annual budget, forecast 1-3 and IKANO budgeting) as required with accuracy on a timely manner to ensure the budgeting/reforecasting is done properly and timely.
· Ensure all documents of budget are properly done and authorized to comply with company policy.
· Manage and problem-solving support of automated budgeting system (TM1) utilization of all departments to ensure smooth and flexible operation.
· Oversee all tax-related transactions and submissions, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
· Prepare and coordinate with external parties such as the Revenue Department and auditor.
· Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs. Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
· Define process improvement opportunities for operational efficiency, control enhancement and decision-making support.
· Maintain accounting ERP systems to ensure smooth operations and controls are always in place.
· Assist on the selection and implementation of new computerized operating and accounting systems, as needed.
· Lead on special projects analysis, information, reports as needed.
· Assisting in special projects or ad hoc that may be delegated.
· Handle annual insurance.
· Enhance skill on data mining, business analysis and visualization.
