Responsibilities

Campaign & Promotion (Corporate & Loyalty Campaign)
·      Be part of the campaign & promotion team to develop Megabangna’s promotional marketing campaigns & promotions throughout the year.
·      Manage customer’s database and generate analytic reports of customers’ spending, behaviour, preferences as well as other relevant details.
·      Responsible for the growth of Mega Smile Rewards & Mega Smile Kids’ populations by working on acquisition strategy and roll out the activation to ensure the success recruitment of new members.
·      Liaise with Megabangna’s anchors and tenants to design the promotion and offers rendering to Megabangna’s customers both local and international.
·      Liaise with procurement team to secure preferred privileges with business partners as per assigned by Manager.
·      Prepare collateral materials to support anchors and tenants for the promotion of rewards and privileges within Megabangna.
·      Synergy with Marketing Event Team to optimize the opportunity to recruit new members and yield privileges for the existing ones.
·      Work closely with Marcom Team to feed the promotion and campaign content for further broadcasting in all possible channels – both online and offline as well as in store promotion channels.
·      Monitor the performance of Megabangna Application and its feature “Mega Smile Rewards & Mega Smile Kids” program.
·      Partnering with Travel Agencies, hotels, or any relevant parties to strengthen the traffic of tourist to the centre.
·      Work with Thai government agencies or international ones to promote Megabangna as one of the tourist’s destinations of Bangkok.
 
Sponsorship & Partnership
·      Approach new partners from Banking and Non-Banking to be the sponsors of Megabangna’s campaigns.
·      Strengthen the relationships between Megabangna and existing Partners/Sponsors.
·      Increase ability to earn revenues from the partnership/sponsorship, which is included but not limited to cash, bartering etc.
·      Educate sponsors and partners on Megabangna’s brand guidance as well as work with Sponsors for the design and content of campaign and promotion artworks.
·      Work with Marcom Team to develop in house promotional materials and content targeting to our shoppers.
·      Co-ordinate between tenants and partners for exclusive promotion with partners in each participating tenants at least 40-60 tenants per campaign per partner.
·      Responsible for the distribution of collateral materials to the participating stores inside Megabangna.
Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration with concentration on marketing, advertising, business management or any relevant causes of study.
·      +8 years of experience in sales and marketing field, with 5+ years in managerial level.
·      +3-5 Years of experience in the Assistant Manager/Manager position related to campaign & promotion function is needed.
·      +5 Years working in CRM/Loyalty Program with proof of records.
·      +3-5 Years of experience with banking industry in sponsorship or partnership units is an advantage.
·      Strong experience in Campaign & Promotion area with or within retail or shopping centre business.  
·      Familiar working with digital tools such as application, automation program etc. is an advantage.
·      Experience within the shopping centre industry, or other related retails business is preferred.
·      Fluent in Thai and English Communication with strong in computer literacy.
·      Proven to be a businessperson with analytical, strategic thinking, Creativity, and managerial skills.
·      Customer Centric with Result oriented.
·      Innovative, able to challenge common ways of thinking.
·      Able to deal with ambiguity and navigate through uncertain situations.
·      A storyteller with a strong penchant to creative writing.
·      Strong networking and interpersonal skills and ability to develop rapport with all people at all levels.
·      Excellent organizational and planning skills.
·      Always up to date with the latest market trends and technology.
