Responsibilities
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
Tenant Support:
- To coordinate with tenants for free marketing media support, such as in-mall media, directory, and own social media
- To coordinate with tenants for marketing campaign, such as appointment for photo and VDO shooting, and communication for monthly corporate campaign & sub-campaign via Megabangna Marketing Line OA with tenants
- To support monthly commercial leasing events by in-mall media, online social media, and influencer review.
- To daily coordinate with operation team, tenant coordinator, and related parties to minimize consumer’s complaint.
- To coordinate with social monitoring agency for crisis topics’s monitoring.
- To coordinate with freelance/ supplier/ agencies for marketing communication asset adaptation and production
- To update marketing communication content in website
- To support monthly SEO on the website
- To monitor marketing communication media and provide monthly report
- To support campaign team in coordinating and following up on monthly corporate campaign and sub-campaign
- To record Marketing Communication daily expense and conclude as monthly expense report
Qualifications
คุณสมบัติของตำแหน่งงานนี้
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration or any field of study
- At least 3 years experience in the marketing field and retail business experience will be advantage.
- Fast learner
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal skill
- Commercial awareness and customer service oriented approach
- Computer literacy
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English
