Ensure alignment and consistency in PR and marketing communications by collaborating closely with designated communication agencies (creative, digital, and PR) to deliver initiatives that align with brand and communication strategies.
Manage and monitor the performance of designated digital platforms to ensure optimal results and alignment with overall communication goals.
Support the development and distribution of standard and customized press releases related to key activities, promotions, and events.
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key media contacts to enhance Megabangna’s brand image and reputation across corporate, promotional, and event-related communications.
Plan and execute media-related events, including press conferences, interviews, special media gatherings, and tenant new store openings.
Coordinate with the PR agency to monitor real-time news and manage communications during crisis situations.
Proactively pitch stories and marketing activities to both online and offline media to secure quality coverage.
Provide communication and promotional support to tenants and event space tenants to drive awareness and sales across owned, earned, and paid media channels.
Demonstrate strong negotiation skills with third-party vendors, media, and partners while maintaining cost efficiency.
Oversee and manage inbox communication channels, including responding to customer comments and inquiries, and coordinate with relevant departments.
Manage and grow Megabangna’s communication channels to enhance engagement and reach.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in PR, Communications or a related field.
2 - 3 years of experience in marketing communication and PR field.
Experience within the shopping centre industry, or other related retails business is preferred.
Fluent in Thai and English with excellent communication skills and strong computer literacy.
Proficient in developing high-quality PR materials and content.
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and timelines effectively.
Able to step in and represent or support the manager in their absence, demonstrating leadership and reliability.
