Senior Marketing Executive/ Assistant Marketing Manager – Event

Responsibilities
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
Responsibility:
·       Execute event marketing plan with the consideration of customer demand, seasonal commercial merchandising mix, tenant’s requirement with a good image and reputation that address to our positioning.
·       Draw the new visitors and capture potential visitors in broader area.
·       Manage and work closely with agency and organizer of events to achieve the deliverables within time plan.
·       Prepare and input detailed revenue and expenditure data for annual budgeting purposes, ensuring accuracy and a clear understanding of all revenue and expense items.
·       Build and strengthen relationships with both tenants and external partners to create mutually beneficial collaborations for event marketing activities that enhance and benefit the shopping centre.
·       Communicate a minimum in advance to intra department as well as internal department for timeline of space utilization, so they can effectively use information for their purpose.
·       Follow up on functional meeting of event marketing events with relevant function.
·       Keeping updated on market trends & competitor events.  
·       Support manager to prepare information for budget plan, income and expenses control, present event plan to customers.
·       Monitor event performance and provide summary reports to the manager
Qualifications

Qualifications:
·       Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing Management or a related field.

Motivation:
·       Interest in shopping centre business with enrichment of lifestyle in shopping or retailing.

·       Strong sense of customer centric and satisfaction mentality.
·       Enjoy meeting stakeholders and helping customers.

Knowledge:
·       5+ years of experience in event marketing field with excellence in negotiation skills.
·       Experience in working for branding, events and multitasking with ability to prioritize work commitment.
·       Experience within the shopping centre industry, or other related retails business is preferred.
·       Fluent in Thai and English Communication with strong in computer literacy.

·       Proven to be businessperson with analytical, strategic thinking, Creativity, and managerial skills.
·       Customer Centric with Result Oriented.
·       Innovative, able to challenge common ways of thinking.
·       Able to deal with ambiguity and navigate through uncertain situations.

·       Always up to date with the latest market trends and technology.
·       Ability to work on weekends or public holidays, with compensatory leave provided.
