Responsibilities
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
  • Attend set up meeting with event organizer and marketing team to give our house rule and other suggestion for any activity in common area and make sure that event organizer acknowledges our standard requirement.
  • Monitoring and coordination for set up process and event marketing in common area to meet our standard.
  • Monitoring and checking the condition in common area to meet our standard.
  • Daily check the atmosphere and ambience in the shopping center to meet our standard.
  • Stock control of our assets and equipment in good condition and ready to use for any activity. If defect found, proper action is needed.
  • Coordination for set up the approved poster, J-Flag, roll up and other medias in common area and keep monitor them in the good condition and proper period.
  • Ensure that all reports from outsourced companies are executed and sent in appropriate manner and according to agreed timeframes, and the information provided is correct.
  • Develop and/or update and implement Operations guidelines, standards, and procedures in accordance with the company’s standards and legislation.
  • Contribute actively in various meetings.
  • Lead the OPS team in different assignments, working efficiently in an matrix organization.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business administration and related field
  • 1+ year of experience in shopping centre or event organizer business
  • General Management / Operation of Retail Business
  • Facility Management - Office Building & Retail Business
