Responsibilities
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
  • Assist the VP of Leasing in assigned projects and manage related stakeholders to deliver results as planned.
  • Identify and source innovative retail business models to enhance developments from shopping malls to large-scale mixed-use destinations.
  • Negotiate with partners to co-develop new concepts, including joint ventures or alternative financial models.
  • Manage rental spaces to align with brand requirements and designated area zoning strategies.
  • Analyze overall contract models and revenue structures to identify and enhance existing frameworks.
  • Interpret layout plans and zoning strategies to maximize commercial potential.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify potential brands and emerging retail concepts to maintain mall competitiveness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the seamless execution of strategic business development plans.
  • Coordinate with tenants to present attractive property offerings and ensure successful onboarding.
  • Document and track performance data to support revenue projection and reporting.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development, leasing, or rental space management.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial lease structures and contractual frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of market trends and emerging retail business models.
  • Proficient in data analysis for revenue projections and consumer behavior tracking.
  • Understanding of financial models including revenue structures and Joint Venture concepts.
  • Competence in interpreting layout plans and implementing zoning strategies.
  • Fluent in both Thai and English with strong professional communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS 365, and CANVA.
  • Knowledge of negotiation techniques and professional stakeholder management.
