Responsibilities
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
·        Lead the development of the leasing plan in strict alignment with the overarching leasing strategy.
·        Execute the issuance of budget plans and maintain rigorous control over income and expenses.
·        Monitor and evaluate all leasing premises and performance to ensure the right long-term decision.
·        Summarize and report leasing results periodically to ensure transparency and track performance against targets.
·        Establish strategic relationships with business partners to enhance leasing outputs and business growth.
·        Support and work closely with tenants and related departments to ensure a high-quality retail development experience.
·        Manage the attraction, retention, and development of tenants to secure a competitive tenant mix.
·        Manage tenancy planning and apply deep business performance in the current situation and foresee the future trend for making the right long-term decision.
·        Identify and create new market opportunities by developing an innovative tenant mix.
·        Perform coaching and development for leasing members to ensure they exceed their set professional goals.
·        Owning the achievement of the department’s income targets and the successful delivery of the leasing budget plan.
·        Directing the operational flow of leasing tactics to ensure Megabangna remains the market leader in the retail sector.
·        Ensuring that the tenant journey from signing to opening meets the standards of being the “Preferred Landlord.
·        Evaluate all leasing premises and performance to ensure the effectiveness of space productivity and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
·        Authorise specific leasing terms and tenant mix selections to drive long-term business sustainability.
·        Provide expertise and professional advice during various strategic meetings to support organizational growth.
·        Offer innovative ideas for retailer development and the creation of new market opportunities.
·        Support the VP of Leasing by acting as a regular Senior Duty Manager when required.
·        Foster organizational continuity by substituting for the VP Leasing during their absence.
·        Advise on the implementation of plans and actions that contribute directly to the "Meeting Place" strategy.
·        Passionate about growing the business together with people and fostering a high-performance culture.
·        Ambition to continuously grow and improve the Meeting Place positioning in the market.
·        Driven to become a market leader in the tenant journey and provide excellence as a "Preferred Landlord".
·        Commercial-oriented with a strong focus on the effective implementation of strategic actions.

Qualifications
คุณสมบัติของตำแหน่งงานนี้
·        Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
·        Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales, Leasing, or Marketing.
·        2+ years of experience in a managerial level position.
·        Solid understanding of the shopping center industry or related retail business environments.
·        Comprehensive awareness of commercial trends and a customer service-oriented approach.
·        Fluent in Thai and English with strong professional communication skills (verbal and written).
·        Proficient in computer literacy and relevant business tools.
·        Proven leadership and managerial skills to unite and guide diverse teams.
·        Expertise in analytical and strategic thinking to navigate complex business challenges.
·        Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure.
·        Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
·        Competent in managing ambiguity and making decisive choices in changing situations.
·        Skillful in translating business objectives into successful leasing tactics.
